How does Shiftsmart work?
Shiftsmart puts you in control of your schedule and your earnings by helping you find flexible work near you. To get started:
1. Fill out your information in the form above and download the Shiftsmart Partner app on your smart device from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
2. In the Shiftsmart app, answer a few questions about yourself and complete your Survey Caller application by filling out a short survey.
3. Once you are approved, set up your computer and choose the best paid virtual training that fits your schedule and learn the ins and outs of your new role.
4. Choose your shifts in the Shiftsmart app, build your schedule, and start earning! .
How long is the Survey Caller training?
Shiftsmart ensures that you are set up for success within your new role by offering multiple virtual Zoom training classes at different times that best fit your schedule.
For the Survey Caller gig, you will need to be virtually present for a two-hour training.
How many Survey Caller shifts are available?
Survey Caller shift availability fluxiates but are generally available every day. If you have any questions about shift availability or how to schedule a shift in the Shiftsmart app, please contact our support team at (823) 323-1519 everyday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST.
How long are Survey Caller shifts?
While some shifts may vary, Survey Caller shifts are generally 4-5 hours. However, your first shift will last 4 hours. You can schedule these shifts at different time blocks throughout the day that work best for you in the Shiftsmart app.
When are Survey Caller shifts?
Survey Caller shifts are available every day of the week. Shifts are typically available Monday-Friday from 5-10 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 2-7 p.m.
When will I get paid?
We process all payments electronically through the Shiftsmart app. To receive your payment, you have two options, you can use our Instant Payment feature with a valid Debit Card or through your Bank Account. We strongly recommend using your debit card because this allows for the money to hit your account sooner.
Debit Card payments are processed 1 - 3 business after you complete a shift. Once funds arrive in your account you have the option to retrieve them, or transfer them later at your will.
Payments using a Bank Account are processed within 3 - 5 business after you complete a shift.
What type of software do I need?
You will need to download a VPN onto your computer and be plugged into an ethernet cable for the best connection.
